• Protect the rights, safety, and property of the Caterer and clients

We take reasonable measures to protect client information. However, no system is completely secure, and the Caterer cannot be held liable for breaches beyond our control, including third‑party payment processors or venue systems.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information. The Caterer is not liable for issues arising from incomplete, false, or late disclosures (e.g., dietary restrictions, guest counts, or payment details).

Client information may be retained for record‑keeping, accounting, and compliance purposes. Deposits and payment records are maintained as required by law.

By booking catering services, the Client consents to the collection and use of information as outlined in this policy.
